Rapport is proud to announce that Contract Manager, Luke Molinia, has been named Reception Leader of the Year at the Corporate Guest Services Awards 2025. This competition is a prestigious celebration of excellence in corporate guest services and front-of-house leadership.
Formerly known as the Corporate Receptionist of the Year Award, the competition was relaunched this year as the Corporate Guest Services Awards to better reflect the wide range of roles across the sector. A new Reception Leader of the Year category was introduced to recognise those who guide and inspire their teams, set the highest standards in guest experience, and embody the spirit of exceptional front-of-house service. Rapport is always delighted to take part in the Corporate Guest Services Awards, celebrating the people who bring excellence, care and personality to front-of-house every single day.
