Formerly known as the Corporate Receptionist of the Year Award, the competition was relaunched this year as the Corporate Guest Services Awards to better reflect the wide range of roles across the sector. A new Reception Leader of the Year category was introduced to recognise those who guide and inspire their teams, set the highest standards in guest experience, and embody the spirit of exceptional front-of-house service.
