Ten finalists attended the long-anticipated awards ceremony to find out who would be crowned the winner in 2023. Celebrating their journey, the event spotlighted the commendable professionalism of these ten finalists. They all received well-deserved recognition after navigating a stringent two-stage selection process, led by a distinguished panel of industry leaders and professionals.
Each applicant showcased their dedication to service excellence with video submission alongside their application, and CV. From a pool of impressive entries, the top twenty were meticulously evaluated by an independent panel of judges, eventually narrowing it down to the standout ten finalists.
These finalists were then immersed in a comprehensive assessment day, where they faced rigorous evaluations and tests. The day’s challenges ranged from traditional interviews and intricate role plays to phone scenario assessments. Although the day was challenging for the finalists, it was a delightful and uplifting day for everyone involved.
