Andrea graduated from the renowned Swiss Hospitality School Lucerne and conducted her career in hospitality in the top four- and five-star hotel businesses in Switzerland and the US. She has several years’ experience in leadership roles in the largest temp staffing firm in the world. This has given her a wide know-how of project management, recruiting, marketing, sales, retention, and innovation.
Andrea joined Compass in 2018 where she now leads Rapport in Switzerland. Her passion for quality is demonstrated by her dedication to exceed the needs of clients, customers, and colleagues.
Married with two children, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family outdoors in and around the lake of Zurich.
After completing his apprenticeship as hotel specialist in Germany, Max moved to the US to deepen his knowledge in the luxury hotel industry. He moved to Zurich in 2015 to be part of the opening team of the Atlantis by Giardino (belonging to the well-known five-star Giardino Group chain). In 2020, Max accepted a new challenge and took on a managerial role for the conference bookings with his team in a Seminar Centre for a Swiss Bank.
Max joined Rapport Switzerland at the beginning of 2024. With Rapport, he found the right job to combine his passion for the hotel industry and guest services in a corporate environment.
Max loves spontaneous travelling, road trips, and discovering new places. During the warmer months, he can usually be found by the lakes or rivers surrounding beautiful Zurich.
