Having returned back to Australia, Steven moved into a senior operations role with the Star Casinos, where he was responsible for creating memorable experiences for their VVIP and Ultra High Net Worth clients and guests.

Steven joined Restaurant Associates Australia in 2014 as Account Director for one of their most prestigious clients, before overseeing the launch and roll out of Rapport in March 2023. Due to his passion for service and his keen attention to detail, Steven and his team pride themselves in creating memorable guest experiences on behalf of Rapport clients across all major cities in Australia.

Outside of work Steven loves swimming in the ocean, walking with his little dog Gloria and hosting long lunches at home with family and friends.
