A Culture of Recognition
For ten years, The WOW! Awards have been part of the Rapport story. They have helped us recognise the ambassadors who go above and beyond, and capture the moments of care and creativity that define our culture.
Over the ten years, we have received an incredible 10,422 nominations, each one a story of kindness, excellence, and dedication. Those stories continue to inspire us and remind us that recognition is at the heart of who we are.
A Night to Remember
The celebration was filled with moments that captured the spirit of Rapport. Guests enjoyed live music, a lively 360° camera experience, and a few exciting lucky draw prizes for WOW! winners attending the event.
Guest speakers Derek Williams, Founder and Chair of the WOW! Awards, and Jo Williams, Chief Executive of the WOW! Awards, spoke about the history of our partnership and revealed the staggering number of nominations our ambassadors have received over the years. This was a powerful reminder of the scale of recognition across our teams.
A highlight of the evening came when Jo Williams presented our Managing Director, Dirk Talsma, with a framed certificate to commemorate a wonderful 10-year partnership. It was a heartfelt moment that reflected the shared pride and appreciation between Rapport and The WOW! Awards team.
The night also saw the launch of Inspire Vol. 3. This is a collection of real stories from our WOW! winners that celebrates courage, compassion, and the extraordinary people behind our success.

Recognition has always been part of Rapport’s culture, but this milestone marks something even greater: a decade of stories that have shaped who we are today.
