Michael Ulrich
Michael began his career with a strong foundation in business, completing a commercial apprenticeship and gaining two years of invaluable work experience. His passion for guest services took flight during his time as Maître de Cabin with Swiss International Airlines, where he embraced the opportunity to travel the world and connect meaningfully with guests.
In 2021, Michael joined Rapport, motivated by his shared values and visions for exceptional guest services. Starting as Assistant Front of House Manager for a leading international insurance company, he honed his skills in hospitality and leadership. His dedication and talent were recognised in spring 2022 when he was promoted to Front of House Manager. Here he continued to lead his team in delivering outstanding guest experiences, and building strong partnerships within his contract.
In November 2024, Michael transitioned to the Rapport Switzerland head office team. In this role, he has broadened his impact, further leveraging his skills in creating memorable guest experiences for a diverse clientele, and supporting Rapport’s growth in Switzerland.
When not at work, Michael loves spending time outdoors. You will find him on the golf course, sailing the swiss lakes and the world’s oceans, or going for a hike in the mountains.
Li is a multilingual operations and guest services leader with 10+ years of experience delivering high-touch front-of-house and workplace services across hospitality and corporate environments. She graduated from Geneva Hotel Management School, building a strong foundation in service excellence and guest experience.
As Co-Lead of Rapport Switzerland, she supports premium clients and multi-site service delivery across Geneva and Zurich, partnering closely with stakeholders to resolve escalations, strengthen service standards, and ensure consistent quality.
Outside of work, Li enjoys cooking for her family, travelling through multicultural destinations, and recharging with nature retreats.
