On Saturday 12 September in the City of London, more than 80 Rapport leaders came together for Collaboration Day 2025. Together they shared updates, explored new ideas, and strengthened connections, all with a common purpose: to shape the future of Rapport and continue setting the benchmark for front-of-house and corporate guest services.
The keynote of the day came from Lottie Whyte, founder of MyoMaster and one of the UK’s fastest-growing entrepreneurs. Known for her resilience, innovation, and “Dragon Slayer” moment on Dragons’ Den, Lottie’s story was a powerful reminder that leadership is not only about results, but about resilience, vision, and conviction. The messages of determination and courage resonated deeply with the Rapport community, setting the tone for the rest of the day.
The day itself reflected the spirit of leadership and empowerment. Data and insights over the last year were the catalyst for in-depth discussions in the room. Breakout sessions brought colleagues together to tackle real challenges and problem-solve as a team. New colleagues were welcomed, and peer-to-peer advice was warmly offered, reinforcing the sense of unity and purpose that underpins our culture.
Our Managing Director, Dirk Talsma, took the opportunity to reflect on the successes of 2025 so far, acknowledging the incredible progress achieved across the business, and recognising the efforts of everyone in the room. The session also addressed the challenges ahead, emphasising resilience and the importance of responding to change with confidence and collaboration.
When Rapport leaders come together to share knowledge, explore fresh perspectives, and inspire each other, the results are felt far beyond the room. They are reflected in every reception, every interaction, and every guest experience.
Collaboration Day 2025 reaffirmed that leadership at Rapport is about creating opportunities, nurturing talent, and empowering individuals to bring their authentic selves to work. It proved once again that no one sets the standard for front-of-house and guest services like Rapport. Above all, it reminded us that every ambassador is part of a community where collaboration, innovation, and empowerment come together to create something truly remarkable.
