Cathy graduated from University with a degree in Hospitality Business Management/ Human Resource Development and Management. She then went on to begin her career in Front Office Operations for some of the most prestigious hotel chains; the Four Seasons, Marriott International, Sheraton and Le Méridien brands.

With a wealth of experience, Cathy moved into Facilities Management and lead corporate services including Hospitality, Reception, Catering Services and Event Management for two major bank clients and JLL Facilities Management in Singapore.

Joining Compass in March 2016 Cathy is supporting the development of Guest Services in the region and the exciting new launch of the Rapport brand.
