Dennis graduated from University with a degree in Communication and Arts. He then began his career in Front Office Operations for the InterContinental Hong Kong taking care of all hotel VIPs as Guest Relations Manager.
With a wealth of customer services experience, Dennis moved into a Facilities Management role managing Reception, Hospitality, Catering Services and Event Management for Li and Fung Trading, a leading Global Trading company based in Hong Kong, followed by similar roles with two major American Investment Banks in Hong Kong.
Dennis joined Compass Group in 2018 to support the development of the Guest Services team at HSBC, and the wider Rapport business in Hong Kong, ensuring that his knowledge of five -Star hotel service, is extended to all his clients.

After graduating from University in psychology and enjoying a hospitality background, Christine believes in positive thinking and is focused on human connections.
She has a variety of work experiences in the US and Singapore including major airlines, and hotel management. In 2013, she began her journey in Corporate Services for HSBC in Hong Kong.
Christine leads and enrols in different volunteer projects and activities during her spare time, and in 2019 she became a member of the Psychological First Aid team for the Red Cross.
Christine is very excited to be supporting Dennis and the further growth of Rapport in Hong Kong.
